Returns
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Please review the following guidelines for our return process:

The original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process:

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@mavenx.store to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

Ship Your Return: Pack your items securely in the original packaging and ship them to the address provided. Please include the return authorization number inside the package.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Wrong Size or Incorrect Items
If you received an item in the wrong size or the incorrect item entirely, we are here to resolve the issue promptly:

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the incorrect item.

Once we receive the item, we will process a refund and you can place a new order for the correct size.

Incorrect Items:

If you received an item that is not what you ordered, contact us at support@mavenx.store with your order number and details of the incorrect item.

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the incorrect item.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will send you the correct item at no additional cost.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Refund Amounts:

Refunds will include the price of the returned item(s) plus applicable taxes, minus any return shipping fees if applicable.
